1. Orders are click & collect only

We do not offer delivery. All online orders must be collected in person from 1 Rochester Street, Homebush NSW 2140. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation email.

2. Placing an order

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when your order is confirmed.

4. Weights and product images

Meat is a natural product. Products sold per kilogram are cut as close as practical to the weight ordered, and minor variations may occur. Product images are for illustration only, and the product you receive may vary in appearance.

5. Food safety

Fresh meat is perishable. Please refrigerate or freeze your order promptly after collection and follow safe food handling practices. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by storage or handling after collection.

6. Refunds and your consumer rights

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of this website or our products is limited to replacing the products or refunding the price you paid for them.

8. Promotions and loyalty

Discount codes and loyalty rewards are subject to the terms shown when they are offered, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time, subject to law.

All content on this website, including text and images, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written consent.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
